ESP Training Material README

	The training material is no longer part of the ESP distribution and needs 
to be downloaded from this website separately. The file is "ESPtraining2021.tgz" 
in this directory. After downloading, the file should be unpacked in $ESP_ROOT 
or unpacked anywhere and moved/renamed so that $ESP_ROOT has a "training" sub-
directory. This is only necessary so that the training participant has the 
correct directory structure as referred to in the training slides.

	Note that all of the training material is also available on this website
in the subdirectory here labelled "ESP".
