    run sansLIP to compute surface pressures which are transferred to astros static solver

    inputs:
        filename    name of .csm or .cpc file
    outputs:
        disps       dictionary containing maximum displacements:
                    Tmax   3D displacement
                    T1max  displacement in X-direction
                    T2max  displacement in Y-direction
                    T3max  displacement in Z-direction
