Summary of CASL developed or supported software
A number of software packages developed by CASL members
are available. Here is the current list:
- MSES
- MSES is a numerical airfoil development system. It includes
capabilities to analyze, modify and optimize single and multi element
airfoils for a wide range of Mach and Reynolds numbers. Format of
this document is dvi. Click here

- pV3
- pv3 is a three dimensional, distributed, unsteady, unstructured,
CFD visualization software system for supercomputers,
parallel machines and clusters of workstations.
- Visual2
- Visual2 is a two dimensional, unsteady, CFD visualization software
system for many workstations. This package is no longer under
development.
- Visual3
- Visual3 is a three dimensional, unsteady, CFD visualization software
system for many workstations with 3D graphics hardware. There is
support for both structured and unstructured gridding.
- XFOIL
- An interactive program for the design and analysis of
subsonic isolated airfoils. Format of
this document is dvi. Click here

- XROTOR
- XROTOR is an interactive program for the design and analysis of
ducted and free-tip propellers and windmills. Format of
this document is dvi. Click here
